Due to the wide distribution of our customers covering the entire state of Alaska, we have two options for our customers:
Road System - for customers who can drive to our facility, and
Bush Service - for customers who have to ship their product to our facility
We are a full service Honda ATV, Motorcycle, Side-By-Side, Marine Outboard,
Power Equipment and Watercraft service facility.
We are also a full service center for Stihl chainsaws.
Please follow the three steps below to get your product to our facility for service. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for you to ship your item back to us for service.

If you are sending us your engine/transmission assembly, make sure you provide your name, address and phone number inside the box or attached to the engine. If you are sending us the entire ATV, outboard or motorcycle, make sure you have your name, address and phone number attached to the product in a way that will not get destroyed during shipping (e.g., place information in a water proof envelope or on water proof paper).
Call the freight company that provides service to your village and schedule your item on a back haul to Anchorage. Once your item arrives in Anchorage, we will arrange the transportation to our facility. Once you drop off your item with the freight company, call us immediately to let us know the ship date, the tracking information and the freight company you used. Once we have that information, we will take it from there.
If you are local or are able to drive to our facility, please give us a call at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to schedule your product for service.
Note: Between April 1st through October 1st, our service department can get inundated with service requests due to our short summer season. We will try to accommodate everyone, however, the more advanced notice we get, the more efficient we are in getting your service completed.
